Warranty

The Search Ladder and Rapid Deployment Free Floating Ladder Mount is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operational use. Due to the demanding environments in which the system is deployed, cosmetic wear to the Cerakote finish (when selected as an add-on option)—including, but not limited to, scratching, marring, or fading—is considered normal and expected and is not covered under warranty.

The integrated restraint webbing is the primary load-bearing component of the system. If a webbing-related issue arises during normal service, First IN Mounts will replace the affected webbing component no questions asked. This policy reflects our commitment to maintaining operational readiness and ensuring reliable performance in time-critical victim egress situations.
